Courses or Live Events About to Expire

The CME expiration date is approaching for the following courses and events:

If you have bought any of these online courses or attended a live event, but have not yet claimed credit, it’s VERY important that you claim your credit before the CME expiration date. Once the CME expiration date arrives, you will no longer be able to claim credit for the course.

Instructions for claiming CME credit for an online course:
  1. Click on My Portfolio in the left navigation.
  2. In the My Courses section of your portfolio, click Launch next to the name of the activity. You may need to scroll down to locate the activity.
  3. Use the Next and Submit buttons to navigate between screens and complete the activity, including the evaluation.
  4. When you are finished with all required elements of the activity, click the Save button in the lower right-hand corner to record your progress (the window will then close). If you do not see the save button, re-size your browser window so that it is bigger; it should then appear. YOU ARE NOT FINISHED. YOU MUST PROCEED TO THE NEXT STEP TO CLAIM CME.
  5. You will be brought back to the My Portfolio page.
  6. In the My Courses section, click Claim Credit next to the activity name. Then click the Claim button in the pop-up window that appears.
  7. Enter the amount of CME credits you wish to claim, which should correspond with the number of hours you actively participated in the educational activity. Then click Claim.
  8. Once you’ve completed these steps, you will be able to print a CME certificate.

Instructions for claiming CME credit for a live event:
  1. Click My Portfolio (left navigation bar).
  2. Scroll down through your course listings to locate the live event you attended.
  3. Click Launch.
  4. Use the Next and Submit buttons to navigate between screens and complete the evaluation.
  5. When you are finished with the evaluation, click the Save button in the lower right-hand corner to record your progress (the window will then close).  YOU ARE NOT FINISHED. YOU MUST PROCEED TO THE NEXT STEP TO CLAIM CME.
  6. You will be brought back to the My Portfolio page.
  7. In the My Courses section, click Claim Credit next to the course name.
  8. Enter the amount of CME credits you wish to claim, which should be commensurate with the extent of participation in the attended activity.  Then click Claim.
  9. Once you’ve completed these steps, you will be able to print a CME certificate.
